How much do you charge?

Our rates depend on the service, time and unique requirements of each individual pet/client. Please refer to our price list page for details.

How do I pay?

Great question! As a small business, we prefer to be paid in cash, though cheques are also accepted.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are! Woofters have public liability and are fully insured to care for one or more of your furry-friends… whatever the breeds or needs!

Do you let dogs off the lead?

Important question! And the answer is that it totally depends on the nature and needs of the dog. At Woofters, a dog will only be let off the lead with written content and in addition, only if we are confident that the dog will obey a recall. Dogs will, of course, only be let off the lead in safe areas, away from roads.

Where will you walk my dog?

Due to 30 years of experience of walking dogs, we often choose to walk in secluded areas – avoiding large numbers of people and other dog walkers. However, if you would prefer your dog(s) to be walked nearer to home or in a specific location this can also be arranged.

What if I need to cancel service?

Well, if anything changes and for some reason you need to cancel, simply give us a call as soon as you can. You will NOT be charged if you call give us over 24 hours notice, unless otherwise stated/agreed.
